Every new client and every new matter comes with different circumstances, and I am open to discussing a variety of flexible fee arrangements including project billing, deferred payments, and reduced rates in exchange for concrete work commitments.  In addition, every matter I work on is subject to the following value policies:

• An automatic 5% reduction in fees for invoices paid within 30 days
• No charge for faxes, printing or telecommunications expenses
• No markup of other charges incurred on your behalf
• No charges for travel in the Bay Area
• No charges for travel time outside of the Bay Area (unless other work is being done)
